*ahem*

I’m the last person who would ever share my opinion on a trendy topic like this one, but after catching up on tumblr this evening, tears filled my eyes.  I was once the victim of an abusive relationship, and the fact that anyone can romanticize and make light of domestic violence simply disgusting.  These women have no idea what it’s like to live their life in complete and total fear, or what it feels like to carry physical, mental, and emotional scars with them for the rest of their lives, and I hope with all hope that they never have to.
