tonight i spent hours working on one of my pieces for not a stitch while episode after episode of the cosby show played in the other room.  it made me think about this portrait of bill cosby that i embroidered for a show a few years ago, and also made me realize that the tiny pieces of paper i’m working with on this piece are nothing compared to making the hundred of french knots that make up his hair.
